How do you charge for shipping?
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all your purchases and location.
- During checkout, you will be presented with shipping options and corresponding charges. Pick the option you prefer.
What kind of delivery options do you offer?
- We offer shipping both locally (within Singapore) and internationally.
- Registered mail is available at a surcharge of S$2.50 for delivery within Singapore.
- Self-collection is also available (no shipping charges, yay!)
Collections are scheduled for Thursday nights @ PLAY (21 Tanjong Pagar Road #01-02 Singapore 088444).
How long will it take for my stuff to arrive?
- Your order will be processed within the next working day once payment for the item has been received.
- For delivery within Singapore, please expect the parcel to arrive within 4 - 7 working days upon confirmation of your order and payment.
- For overseas deliveries, please expect the parcel to arrive within 5 - 14 working days depending on your location.
- For self collection, we will be in touch to confirm availability for collection at the soonest Thursday @ PLAY.
What kind of payments do you accept?
- We accept online payments via PayPal's secured payment gateway

- Note: All PayPal transactions will be denoted as "WENDY" on your credit card bill/statement.
How does that work? Is it safe? Will my credit card info get stolen?
- During checkout, only your shopping list will be sent to our store administrator for processing.
- The actual payment transaction will be handled by Paypal's secured payment gateway, to which you will be re-directed to.
- We have no way of accessing / storing / knowing what your credit card information is.

OK... I've paid via PayPal. What do I do next?
- Upon a successful PayPal transaction, you will receive a PayPal transaction confirmation email with an official PayPal transaction ID.
- Your order will then be processed for shipping by our store administrator within 1 working day.
The payment didn't go through / I got interrupted / distracted during payment at PayPal! What happens now?
- For security reasons, that PayPal session will likely be terminated by PayPal and your order will be marked as pending (payment) at our store.
- To complete the order, just return to your shopping cart at our store and go through the checkout steps again, you will be re-directed to PayPal again.
- If you choose to return to our store much much later and find that your cart shows up empty, you'll have to shop again. This is just a store maintenance procedure as we will have to assume you've changed your mind about your purchases and therefore have to release the chosen products back into store inventory.
My order still hasn't arrived and it's been quite a while, what do I do?
We try our best to process all orders immediately upon confirmation of payment but If for some reason, your goods are held up during shipping, we will look into it. Drop us an email with your order reference number.
My order is wrong / damaged! What do I do?
We will look into it and take appropriate measures on a case-to-case basis. Drop us an email with your order reference number and description of the situation.
Do you entertain refunds or returns?
Products purchased are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, they are exchangeable on a case to case basis within 5 days, but you must inform us within 48 hours, in writing explaining the reason. Failing to do so will confirm acceptance as good and fit for purpose.
