Agreement of Sale

• A contract is formed between the Two Queens Party and you when your order is accepted, processed and dispatched and we have received payment of your credit/debit card payment.
• You may not cancel or vary your order once it has been accepted.
• Prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. Where appropriate, delivery charges will apply depending on the option you choose.

• Any pictures, descriptions or any other information contained in this website are for general information and guidance without any guarantee. There may be a slight difference between the products shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you. This does not affect their purpose, quality or price.

Payment

• Payment for ordered merchandise can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order with all payments in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
• Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
• All purchases are inclusive of all taxes.

Shipping / Delivery

• Your order will be processed within the next working day once payment for the item has been received.
• For delivery within Singapore, please expect the parcel to arrive within 4 - 7 working days upon confirmation of your order and payment.
• For overseas deliveries, please expect the parcel to arrive within 5 - 14 working days depending on your location.
• For self collection, please note that this is scheduled on Thursday nights @ PLAY (21 Tanjong Pagar Road #01-02 Singapore 088444)
  
  

Refunds / Return Policy
Products purchased are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, they are exchangeable on a case to case basis within 5 working days, but you must inform us within 48 hours, in writing explaining the reason. Failing to do so will confirm acceptance as good and fit for purpose.
